You really should try it! Hi reader, Nice to see you again :) Pickling is normally used to preserve food so that it stays fresh for a long time. But pickling particular veggies can make a delicious and healthy snack. Normally a lot of restaurants serve this delicious snack for a hefty price. But why spend so much money for it when you can just make them them at home? Yes, this blog is about how you can make your own pickles. Ingredients:- Some cucumber, carrot and green chilies (add how much ever you like) 2-3 cloves of garlic White vinegar (you can also use apple-cider vinegar) 1 tbs salt 1 tbs sugar Spices (anything not too strong-smelling) Container (heatproof glass jar recommended)  Instructions:- Cut all your veggies (you can cut them length-wise, breadth-wise or leave them whole) and put them in your chosen container Add 1 tbs of salt and sugar to the veggies and garlic Take some water (enough to fill 3/4 of the container) and boil it.
